  Staff friendliness and professionalism. Leisure facilities complimentary. We were the only ones in there so had pool, sauna and jacuzzi to ourselves. There was no one in the gym either - shame we were only there 1 night. Excellent breakfast. Recommend and would stay there again.   The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel.   Helpful staff, when there was a problem with the booked room ie twin allocated but double booked on web, we were upgraded immediately to a double suite room. Food and facilities also excellent. - We have stayed at the Durley Dean on a number of occasions over the years and the recent refurbishment has certainly made a difference.
