  The staff were really friendly. Any questions or quieries we had were ansered and they went out of there way to be helpful. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphre within the hotel. Value of money. There was no one in the gym either - shame we were only there 1 night. Excellent breakfast. Recommend and would stay there again. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel.   The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

  Good location. - absoulutley loved the hotel. we came here for our 2 year anniversary it was perfect. the hotel is well presented and modern. we had the balcony and sea view which was fab.definatley coming back. the pool in the other hotel was lovley and warm.were the only 2 people in there also the sauna was fun. would definatley recoment this hot... hva folk sier » el to anybody the young and the old. the breakfast was yummy. there was anything and everything from toast,full english to yoghuts.worth the money. - Excellent location - easy walk to the town centre and the beaches. Myroom had a double bed with a side sea view which I liked very much. Itwas quiet and relaxing (ie no long children or noisy families) and thebreakfast was very good - a more than adequate variety (fresh, goodquality). The staff were nice, helpful and yet unobtrusive.

  Helpful staff, when there was a problem with the booked room ie twin allocated but double booked on web, we were upgraded immediately to a double suite room. Food and facilities also excellent. - We have stayed at the Durley Dean on a number of occasions over the years and the recent refurbishment has certainly made a difference.
