  Professional and pleasant service from the receptionist, even though she was under great pressure due to staff shortages. Breakfast area spacious and light - It was very well situated, just a short walk from the town centre and the new Market Place shoppig centre. Staff were really friendly.

  All staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We hadn't originally opted for breakfast but at a fiver each we changed our mind. Best decision ever. The breakfast was better than any of the much more expensive hotels I've stayed at. Rooms have free wifi and good size tv and were clean. Bonus for anyone on a diet - both the owners are following the Slimming World plan, and are able to advise on Syns values! Free wifi always appreciated. Easy to find, close to motorway for exploring the north-west.
