The owners Katherine & Terry are very homely loving people they cant do enough to make youf stay more welcome
The rooms ate spotless very comfy beds you have freeview tv , free wifi , tea& coffee faclities ensuite shower room & the breakfast is beautiful we didnt eat for the rest of the day

As a family with 4 young children we booked two family rooms. The rooms were reasonably priced at £52.00 each & more than adequate for our needs, the Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast (all you can eat) was more than worth the price and set us all up for the day ahead. -

Overnight stay, close to GMAC centre where our son was taking part in a competition. The staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Stephanie on Reception! Room was very clean and comfortable - good value. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely recommend to other people.

Room was immaculate, obviously new build and sparkling. Bed was huge and there was still plenty of room to move about. Shower was nice, clean and well functioning.
Breakfast provided catered to all tastes and was fantastic.
Evening menu was also good.
Late bar meant no need to go out the hotel and get cold while still being able to be comfortable

It was so nice to be back at this wonderful hotel. I finally stayed in a
room similar to the first time I stayed here. I've stayed many
times, the design is quirky which aids the soundproofing. I've
recently stayed in other local holiday inn express's and being back
here was a dream! Instantly felt comfortable. The staff were much more
pleasant too and even held a door open for me as I was carrying a lot of
items for work.

My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.

Everything! Mostly the friendly staff who could not be nicer. They really do go above and beyond to make you welcome and comfortable. Spotlessly clean facilities, excellent food, warm and welcoming atmosphere and the most comfy beds (even the sofa bed) Generous amounts of tea,coffee and biscuits and efficient cleaning staff daily.Would not stay anywhere else in Birmingham. Second visit to this hotel and will be back without any doubt!! Highly recommend to anyone

The Prince was a great budget hotel - no frills, but comfortable and with very friendly and helpful staff. Hard to beat in terms of value for money if you're looking for somewhere basic and reasonably central. Buses into the city centre are very frequent and take about 10 minutes, or it's a short taxi ride.
