The rooms were large and of a high standard. The view of the canal and Mailbox complex was superb. Clean spacious room with very comfortable beds. Lots of hot water in
ensuite. Decor in whole hotel was smart and in relaxing hues. Breakfasts
were superb and on hearing how much I enjoyed the poached eggs and said
I could never achieve them like that the Chef on duty took us into the
kitchen and demonstrated how to make the perfect poached egg. He

I took my mum to a concert at the nia as a birthday treat. The hotel was
only 10 min walk from the nia, with plenty of restaurants to eat at
around Brindley Place. The Bullring was within easy walking distance.
Beds were so comfy and room was very clean. Breakfast was lovely with
excellent choice! Will definitely be staying again and would recommend
to friends and family.

As a family with 4 young children we booked two family rooms. The rooms were reasonably priced at £52.00 each & more than adequate for our needs, the Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast (all you can eat) was more than worth the price and set us all up for the day ahead. -

All staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They gave us
good clear directions to the sporting competition we had come to
B'ham for and wished us luck. The rooms were beautifully clean, beds
comfortable. Good to have usb ports! Breakfast was generous & tasty,
nice to have soy milk on offer. Waitress very sweet and cheerful.

Overnight stay, close to GMAC centre where our son was taking part in a competition. The staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Stephanie on Reception! Room was very clean and comfortable - good value. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely recommend to other people.

God frokost, hyggelige oppholdsrom. Rent og ordentlig. Vi bodde i 11. etg så vi hørte ikke så mye til støyen fra gaten. I en lavere etg ville nok det ha vært for mye støy. - We were in Birmingham for the Festival of Quilts at the NEC. This hotel is right in the centre of Birmingham so location is great. The staff were very helpful with giving tips for best overnight parking. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was a decent size and very clean, a typical Premier Inn room. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.

Very helpful, Knowledgable & Informative staff (we went for a concert),
Clean & Comfy rooms, we liked the fact that they served food until 1am for everyone coming back from the concert and that they extended their breakfast hours the following morning. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection -

Room was immaculate, obviously new build and sparkling. Bed was huge and there was still plenty of room to move about. Shower was nice, clean and well functioning.
Breakfast provided catered to all tastes and was fantastic.
Evening menu was also good.
Late bar meant no need to go out the hotel and get cold while still being able to be comfortable

It was so nice to be back at this wonderful hotel. I finally stayed in a
room similar to the first time I stayed here. I've stayed many
times, the design is quirky which aids the soundproofing. I've
recently stayed in other local holiday inn express's and being back
here was a dream! Instantly felt comfortable. The staff were much more
pleasant too and even held a door open for me as I was carrying a lot of
items for work.
