  The location is outstanding - just around the corner from Bath's main attractions. My room was very nice - included a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, etc. It was a single room with a single bed - exactly what I needed - no space wasted.   The hotel was full of character and well thought out. The staff were unbelievably helpful and nothing was too much trouble... they even dried our swimmers for us on our last day! I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bath. Oh and I love the valet parking!! - Lovely atmosphere.   The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful.   The hotel is very well situated and the facilities are very good value for money. The restaurant offered a good choice of dishes which were good value. The breakfasts very very good offering a good choice of options and very plentiful. The staff were very helpful and pleasant . - We liked the Hotel it was very nice & clean.
