  the staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms were really clean and the fact that we were so near to the city centre walking distance and we could leave the car where it was, the whole experiance was lovely - Great location, very easy to get into central Bath across the bridge.   The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful.   The staff at this hotel were fantastically polite, helpful and attentive - there was initially a problem with our room, and we were immediately upgraded by the superb reception manager into a suite that had access to a butler. The spa is excellent, the room comfortable.... From the moment we arrived, service was impeccable, the room was lovely (modern, clean and large) and our stay was delightful. We came for a relaxing time and we sure had one.

  Very nice hotel, staff was excellent . food very good. It was a very short stay however hotel was extremely helpful to mark the special occasion as requested Thank you - The staff were extremely tentative and catered to our every needs, especially on the 6 course taster menu and providing wheat free alternatives.
