  The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was beautifully decorated with a lovely bathroom and all conveniences. We would definitely stay here again.
