  Quite and nice situation in the picturesque village of Alston. The quintessence of an english BandB-hotel with a very friendly and careing reception including welcome-tea in the lounge. The rooms are on the small side, but decorated with personal items and genuine handcarft so you as at home. Very good full english breakfast with all the trimings. ... hva folk sier » - Freindly and informative welcome provided by the owners, also the high standard of our room and the welcoming guests sitting room all making for a very comfortable stay - Warm, friendly atmosphere in a lovely location. Very nice with our young grandaughter (7) who was made to feel very welcome.
