it was clean, good location for shopping and the train station. we went for the fringe festival. we booked two room and had four in our party, the snooze box is in a great location to go to the gay bars, castle and dungeons in Edinburgh. the rooms are small but do what they need to do with a TV and wet room, they had heating and air conditioning.

We loved the location which meant we did not have to use public transport. Parking was great, bed was very comfortable as was the bed linen and towels. Everything you need is there. We een got a free tea and coffee in the morning. Excellent. Staff were particuarily helpful and welcoming.

The facilities and location were great, especially for the price. Even
though we weren't that close to the main attractions, buses were
right out the front door for wherever we wanted to go and the airport
bus was close, as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the

The staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother for them. David was our first point of contact and Colin (the older one...lol) was fantastic with my grand-daughter. Meals were excellent, there was a wide variety of drinks. The security locks in the corridors made us feel extra safe and the room we were in was very comfortable with a very spacious bathroom. Overall I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. Will Definitely be back. Thank you.

We used to own public houses and a small hotel so therefore we have high expectations your hotel met all of our own personal standards. The location was perfect as we were up for the Heinken Cup rugby. Great location, for both Airport and Train. Will certainly use the hotel again - the staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was very good,the room and facilities were better than i expected and it had a car park.
