Brilliant staff - consumate professionals and very friendly; they could not have been more helpful despite the ungodly hour at which we arrived. On our outgoing night we had a very poor nights sleep due to noisy neighbours but the staff were very sympathetic and refunded the cost of our stay. Incoming we had an excellent nights sleep and lovely breakfast, again the staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you all -

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the staff were very polite and helpful. There were 11 of us on a stag weekend and the staff told us all the best places to go and the best way around the city. The accomodation was very clean and comfortable with good sized rooms. We ate in the pub the 3 nights we stayed as the food was superb and the staff were fantastic and very accomodating with the children. We took our 7 yr old and 2 yr old to the park next door and had a fab couple of hrs running around there. highly reccomend the Inn for families

Great location just off the A road. Easy to go into Newcastle in the evening and convenient for the sites of Alnwick etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful; made up our kids bed straight away when there had been a mix up over numbers. Great breakfast in the morning.

I was pleasantly surprised. Having stayed st the chain before and not had a good experience but this one was very clean, well furnished (almost new), with lovely staff and the breakfast at the Beefeater next door was fantastic. I was visiting family in the area so it was perfect.
I couldn't fault it and will definitely go back. -

Hotel staff were always very friendly, offering extra advice on the local train/metro/bus services. They were chatty and pointed out a couple of places which were worth visiting. For example the Metro shopping center, angle of the north and which beaches were worth the travel. Very accommodating and relaxed atmosphere.
