the personal attention - I thought the Manchester Airport Marriott Hotel was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room looked great and the bed was very comfortable.

We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.

The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. I have attended BSI training course. In my leisure time, I was in leisure club, which was execellent. The food was also good. The conference facilities was brilliant!!!! - No request was any trouble the staff were outstanding and ready toassist in any way possible. We stayed as a Wedding party

I'm a believer in you get what you pay for - we paid - and we got! 3 Generations stayed to celebrate my mum's 83rd birthday, we went to watch Tonga V Cook Islands in the RLWC. Tonga were staying at Worsley - the best birthday present for my mum EVER!

We came with my parents and thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night we thought the hotel and grounds were gorgeous and the pool fantastic . The staff were Also very helpful and friendly. Maybe could have had a bit more choice for dinner but otherwise food lovely . Would highly recommend this hotel and have done X
