  Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful (contrary to what other people say), always willing to help and offer directions/advice etc. Have to admit that the hotel amenities are not the best but got a very spacious room w... hva folk sier » ith double bed (although I booked a single room), internet was decent (£10 a week), and its within walking distance from the Luton Airport Parkway sta - greeted by lovely staff who assisted our check in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Tea and coffee....pub two minutes from hotel, airport 5 minutes from hotel. Early morning call prompt, greeted again in the morning and wished well on our holidyas...Lenny was so right..........perfect....x

  It was very close to shopping centre and so convenient especially during the wet weather. It suited me perfectly as I am slightly disabled and unable to walk for long distances. Beautiful decor.   I liked the whole experience of staying for two nights. The rooms were scrupulously clean, very well proportioned and very comfortable. The little extras like a notepad in the room or the tissues, soap and good sized towels in the shower room made you feel that you were staying in a much more expensive hotel. Car parking was very generous. - The staff were friendly and pleasant, particullarly the gentleman on night reception who had to deal with unruly customers with very little support. The bathroom was excellent with a large walk in shower however it would be useful if we were informed on arrival that we had to request bath towels from reception as these are not automatically supplied.
