  Personalet var veldig hyggelig. Vi kom til Leeds i bil og hadde litt problem med å finne veien. Vi ringte hotellet og fikk guide hjelp hele veien frem til hotellet.Vi fikk senere vite at Leeds er en veldig vanskelig by å kjøre i. - I was very impressed with the layout of the room (seperate toilet and shower room for 2+ guests, sit down shower/bath ... hva folk sier » for comfort etc) and the colour scheme of the room, the sheets were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Our rooms were clean and close to the very swift lift and it was very easy to feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful if we needed anything. - Clean ,comfortable, quiet, hotel.We had booked through an internet site for £59 but then saw your Autumn offer for £59 including breakfast.I was very impressed with your customer service who agreed without hesitation to include the breakast as a sign of good will.Excellent hotel which i would use again and recommend to others.

  Lovely welcome on arrival, very friendly and the cookie was amazing!! Such a nice little touch! We was on the 10th floor and pleasantly surprised with the view of the train station and city. Decor was minimal and stylish; comfy beds and pillows. Air con worked well! Whole room/bathroom very clean. Was told on arrival we had complementary mini bar ... hva folk sier » and breakfast which I wasn't aware of so that was a great little bonus! Breakfast was fab! probably the nicest ive had while staying away from home ev - i stayed at the double tree hilton for the easter weekend with my partner. we found this hotel to be fantastic value compared to others in the local area as well as being in a great location. everything was within a 5 mins stroll like bars, restaurants and the new trinity shopping centre. the staff were very friendly and helpful with information of the local area. parking at the hotel was very handy asare rarely found at city centre hotels. the room itself was fresh, modern, and very clean with

  Fantastic stay. on arrival we had been upgraded to one of the two bed luxury apartment, the booking agent had also taken into consideration the request for the quiet room which i was extremely grateful of. Extremely comfortable, and clean, I used to work as a housekeeper and i can honestly say I could not fault the cleanliness, perhaps on the chro... hva folk sier » me in the bathroom could have done with some extra polishing, but that was minor and didn't affect our stay. All necessary details about arrival plus - I really cannot fault the apartment or locality it really was spot on for our needs. In particular, we bumped into the maintenance guy on the way in and he showed us where everything was and then the following day we wanted to store our luggage as we came on the train and one telephone call to yourselves and we left our luggage with the maintenance guy and came and collected later in the day. You went the extra mile to accommodate us and would highly recommend to anyone who is wishing to stay

  I enjoyed the proximity to the centre of Harrogate. Nice little cool shops and bars on Cold Bath Road minutes round the corner. Very comfy beds and good linen. Great shower. A bathroom for each bedroom. Double glazed so quiet. Really nice kitchen.
