Personalet var veldig hyggelig. Vi kom til Leeds i bil og hadde litt problem med å finne veien. I really cannot fault the apartment or locality it really was spot on for our needs.
In particular, we bumped into the maintenance guy on the way in and he showed us where everything was and then the following day we wanted to store our luggage as we came on the train and one telephone call to yourselves and we left our luggage with the maintenance guy and came and collected later in the day. You went the extra mile to accommodate us and would highly recommend to anyone who is wishing to stay

Very attractive and quirky hotel with a great frontage for taking refreshments...even had a heated wooden gazebo! Great room - very spacious and comfortable. Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town.

The Majestic is a wonderful Edwardian Hotel that is run very efficiently by an enthusiastic staff. The standard of decoration is very high and we loved all the original marble and other features.
