  Personalet var veldig hyggelig. Vi kom til Leeds i bil og hadde litt problem med å finne veien. Vi ringte hotellet og fikk guide hjelp hele veien frem til hotellet.Vi fikk senere vite at Leeds er en veldig vanskelig by å kjøre i. - I was very impressed with the layout of the room (seperate toilet and shower room for 2+ guests, sit down shower/bath ... hva folk sier » for comfort etc) and the colour scheme of the room, the sheets were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Our rooms were clean and close to the very swift lift and it was very easy to feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful if we needed anything. - Clean ,comfortable, quiet, hotel.We had booked through an internet site for £59 but then saw your Autumn offer for £59 including breakfast.I was very impressed with your customer service who agreed without hesitation to include the breakast as a sign of good will.Excellent hotel which i would use again and recommend to others.

  Loved the fact that we were a two minute walk from the shops and near restaurants for the evening. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Much nicer than your run of the mill holiday inn or travel lodge where they are all the same! Also liked that you had a bar connected so we could have a drink late evening.   the location was great only a 5 minute walk to the train station and to the shopping centre. Contrary to other reviews I found the reception staff very helpful, especially Natalie. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Parking was no problem - car park at the front of the hotel and plenty spaces at the back.   The room was very well appointed and decorated. It was very large, bright and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a wide section. The bar snacks were nicely presented and good vaule for money. Service was excellent and housekeepng was of a very high standard.
