Personalet var veldig hyggelig. Vi kom til Leeds i bil og hadde litt problem med å finne veien. The staff were friendly and helpful if we needed anything. - Clean ,comfortable, quiet, hotel.We had booked through an internet site for £59 but then saw your Autumn offer for £59 including breakfast.I was very impressed with your customer service who agreed without hesitation to include the breakast as a sign of good will.Excellent hotel which i would use again and recommend to others.

It was modern and well Maintained and well equipped and extremely comfortable. They provided a welcome pack of milk, bread, butter and Jam along with a selection of tea bags,coffee and soft drinks. The Shower gel etc was replenished each day. I would highly recommend a stay here. -

Lovely welcome on arrival, very friendly and the cookie was amazing!! Such a nice little touch! We was on the 10th floor and pleasantly surprised with the view of the train station and city. i stayed at the double tree hilton for the easter weekend with my partner. we found this hotel to be fantastic value compared to others in the local area as well as being in a great location. everything was within a 5 mins stroll like bars, restaurants and the new trinity shopping centre. the staff were very friendly and helpful with information of the local area. parking at the hotel was very handy asare rarely found at city centre hotels. the room itself was fresh, modern, and very clean with

I really cannot fault the apartment or locality it really was spot on for our needs.
In particular, we bumped into the maintenance guy on the way in and he showed us where everything was and then the following day we wanted to store our luggage as we came on the train and one telephone call to yourselves and we left our luggage with the maintenance guy and came and collected later in the day. You went the extra mile to accommodate us and would highly recommend to anyone who is wishing to stay

I enjoyed the proximity to the centre of Harrogate. Nice little cool shops and bars on Cold Bath Road minutes round the corner. Very comfy beds and good linen. Great shower. A bathroom for each bedroom. Double glazed so quiet. Really nice kitchen. Clean, contemporary and thankfully no chintz. -
