  This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again found the staff very friendly. Room was basically comfortable and very clean. Location is excellent, bearing in mind that there is the Hopper bus service every 20 minutes or so to terminals 1, 2 and 3. - The room was very comfortable and quiet...something I needed after a long day of t... hva folk sier » ravel. The staff is very polite, happy and they like children. Its a very personal and nice place to stay at. We can recomend you a visit at the mad cow in Richmond

  Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food and service from the bar/restaurant was excellent and was very reasonably priced. - Spacious, clean and modern room with the comfiest bed and duvet!! Lovely bathro... hva folk sier » om, tea and coffee facilities in room, big TV, no noise and a great location if you have business in the West London area. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

  parking at the hotel was good, the staff were excellent and the decor was great. There was alos a good atmosphere in the bar. unfortunately i didn't have time to make use of the pool or gym facilities. - was a great experience,value for money highly recommended
