  It was easy to get to the airport, right across the road. - We liked the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, the courteous, friendly and most helpful staff, and very much appreciated the service of the curtesy shuttle bus service which you offer to downtown Glasgow.   The staff went out of their way for you, polite, friendly and knowledgable. The room excellent, the bed incredible and considering proximity to airport ( on site ) no noise at all. I really couldn't reccomend this hotel enough! I have stayed in 5* hotels but this actually surpassed service and my family had the best nights sleep in a hotel! Receptionist was helpful and efficient. Sofa bed was sturdy, comfortable and did not creak. Restaurant had a good variety of food on offer at a reasonable price and staff friendly and efficient. Break fast had a good variety on offer to cater for all tastes and was delicious.

  I am sorry to know the Watermill is under threat. It is one of very few hotels in Paisley. It is comfortable and friendly and the room clean and fresh. The location by the river was a real bonus. Effort to sustain and improve would turn this from Good hotel to a very good one.
