  Everything! I travel a lot and this hotel although 3 star was quite simply the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. The little touches in the room and the care the staff take to assure you are content were second to none.   The staff we met were, without exception, helpful, courteous and professional. The rooms are lovely and extremely comfortable. We also had an excellent meal in the Ha Ha, which is very tastefully decorated.
