  The staff were very attentive and courteous, The Tavern not only afforded fine ales and wine but served an excellent meal. Breakfast was served to order, they even brought my daughter a pastry with a candle for her birthday. Rooms while located in the original buildings but had been renovated with modern ammenities king size beds and modern toilet... hva folk sier » facilities. While our stay only lasted one night if our plans had allowed we would have stayed longer. - The staff treated you like royalty, bringing your meals to your suite and even pouring out your wine for you! The room was magnificent, a nice big comfy bed, and little treats in the draws. Our stay in the kings arms unforgettable!

  Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. Tea/coffee tray in a room had plenty of coffee sachets and tea bags unlike other hotels that would only have one or two. Also, bed is huge, much bigger than we expected. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time. The room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good value for money.
