my friend and i stayed overnight before leaving on a holiday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were going to go into the airport for an evening meal but having looked at the menu we decided to stay in. Both of us enjoyed the food which was of a very good quality.
The room we had booked was a twin room and was not at all cramped.

Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf.
After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were
pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late
time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food
that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and
also great value. The lager also....£3.10 A pint.....30p cheaper than my
local! Getting to the lg Arena was alos a doddle tahnks to the monorail

We have just come back from a one night stay at the Premier Inn NEC and I could not fault the hotel in any way. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, every one of them. The bar/restaurant area was great and the staff efficient and friendly. Note: It is a little far to walk to the NEC but there are plenty of taxi's and the parking at the NEC, although £8 is very well organised. - The pleasant atmosphere and the very obliging, helpful and welcomingstaff on entering the hotel. Although we didn't have the time to haveour evening meal there (due to our late arrival, caused by delayedtrains etc), we made sure we had the full buffet breakfast , which Imust say was absolutely fabulous!! A quiet drink in the Hotel bar, afterthe show rounded our evening off perfectly

Fantastic facilities for the price, gym and swimming pool, provide you
with a towel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was nice
and clean. It's a good proximity to the lg arena. Took us 10 minutes
to walk there and they've signposted it. Really enjoyed our stay and
next time we visit the lg for a concert well be returning.

As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was
very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a
concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but
again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi
to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy
the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very
organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very
good with good sized portions.

The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!

I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

We liked the proximity to the centre ,shops and restaurants.the hotel was extremely clean -I could even smell the newness.the comfort of those beds was wonderful , but the staff are young and vibrant and made one feel welcome.ask for anything and its done . They have had good training but they come across as genuine.we liked plentiful hot water and good power shower also.breakfast was plentiful although could have been warmer poached eggs and porridge cooked to order was nice.wish breakfast was

Room was immaculate, obviously new build and sparkling. Bed was huge and there was still plenty of room to move about. Shower was nice, clean and well functioning.
Breakfast provided catered to all tastes and was fantastic.
Evening menu was also good.
Late bar meant no need to go out the hotel and get cold while still being able to be comfortable

It was so nice to be back at this wonderful hotel. I finally stayed in a
room similar to the first time I stayed here. I've stayed many
times, the design is quirky which aids the soundproofing. I've
recently stayed in other local holiday inn express's and being back
here was a dream! Instantly felt comfortable. The staff were much more
pleasant too and even held a door open for me as I was carrying a lot of
items for work.

At the time I stayed at the hotel they were in the process of redecorating the main hall and most of the bedrooms. However, this work was being carried out in a manor that did not disturb the guests. My husband and I would like to compliment the hotel on the standard of service received from the staff. In particular we would to thank Patrick Walsh, from the restaurant, for his efficient and friendly manner. Even though he was extremely busy, it never affected the service he provided. We hope the hotel passes on our thanks to Patrick and finds a way of rewarding his efforts.
