Excellent location, staff (always going "above and beyond") simply wonderful, warm and helpful, I happened to get a super deal and am delighted with that, more than adequate facilities, wonderful room (spacious, decor, beds, linen, furnishing, balcony, view etc.), excellent rooftop bar and restaurant with a fabulous view. Simply fab. -

I liked almost everything in this nice hotel! The staff is very good, specially one young lady who was very polite and kind with us, she works at the reception and her name is Burchin hanum! I wish everyone would be so professional as she is!!

The food was great..my kid loved the water slides and indoor pool.
Massage was very good. Totally clean and nice. Front desk was very
helpful with changing room and providing help. -
The staff worked incredibly hard to make our holiday perfect for us. The entertainment team was amazing and the food in the restaurants was great.
