Excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean. Breakfast buffet superb. Location may appear to be remote and in an industrial area, but during our stay we did not notice that, using the exceptional public transport links to travel into central Zurich was very easy. The frequent bus 781 from stop Riedbach outside the hotel takes about 6 minutes to Oerlikon Bahbhof. Which is then just 6 minutes to Zurich HB by the many, even more frequent trains. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your
needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently
excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! -

My girlfriend & I stayed at Casa Heinrich during our stay in Zurich for my Birthday. The staff were friendly and polite, the rooms are clean and modern and (for Zurich) it was good value.
The hotel is located very close to the main station but next to the west Zurich district, which is the 'trendy' part. It also has very good transport links and super easy access to the main town & old town. Location is perfect and in a very quiet area.

Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. On

The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good.
The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding.
The adjustable bed is considerate.
