The room is small but contains everything so it not a problem. Both the room and toilet is very clean and decorated very nicely. Wifi is offered for guest for free. The location is near both Gornegrat and Sunnega, and is very convenient.

Good location (5 mins walk), after exit Zermatt train station we can see Germat... station, just asked where is MacDonald or walk award to the right. The hotel is located very close to the train station and it is possible to walk to the hotel, even with luggage. The rooms are spacious enough and nicely decorated with a huge balcony and flat screen tv. Coffee and tea making facilities are included. The private bathrooms have both bath and shower. Breakfast is standard and sufficient and the hotel staff is friendly and professional. The hotel deserves more that its three stars

Half board was value for money with 4/5 course dinners. breakfast was simple but nice with amazing views of the matterhorn from the restaurant. staff were warm and friendly and available when needed with good tips for things to do. The location to the mattethorn, cable cars and trains is ideal. -

We were there off season so the staff was .limited but that did not stop them from providing excellent service, attending to our every need. The view is absolutely UNBEATABLE. You are practically on the Matterhorn. The gondola silently glides almost overhead from time to time offering excellent photos. I'm not sure if the view is better from the room or the restaurant/breakfast room.
