  Everything, the owners and staff were so friendly, the hotel was so quirky we loved it. Floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom were amazing with wonderful view of the mountains and Zermatt village and the cablecar passed our window. The attention to detail was great even down to the quartz crystal in the water jug.   Being met by Cor at the station. Apartment had a good layout only one bathroom for 3 adults but we worked our way around that. View of Matterhorn from the apartment was awesome could not have been better.
