  Outstanding room ( I took a suite with a breath taking view. Quite and clean. Staff mostly were very friendly and helpful. There is the head of reception, Roberta, she's super nice and undertstsnd the meaning of guest satisfaction. Also, their was an Arabic receptionist named Sahbi.   Very pleasant staff,particularly in the dining room.Hotel nice and warm. - We went up behind the hotel to the alps. It was beautiful. Thestaff was so friendly and very helpful. We can't wait to go back!

  We loved everything about this hotel, the view overlooking the lake, the spacious room, immaculate condition, great breakfast, friendly staff, close to the marina. Also very close to the railway station if you travel by train.- just a few feet away.. - everything, it was just perfect. and if/when we go back it is where we will stay
