  Excellent location which would be extremely difficult to beat. Even staying in the old town (Citta Vecchia) of Locarno is not as convenient as Hotel Rio Garni.   The location and food quality - Great location, very central and near the station ,shops and restaurants. Rooms were of average comfort and cleanliness. Shared bathroom was very clean.
