  Very pleasant staff,particularly in the dining room.Hotel nice and warm. - We went up behind the hotel to the alps. It was beautiful. Thestaff was so friendly and very helpful. We can't wait to go back!

  Is brand new, nice and clean, great the parking on the basement even thought is not free. The staff is very kind, is a pleasure to spend time talking with them, specially the Ladies Cristina 1 and Cristina 2..... ;-) - Very good location within easy walking distance of town and lake.
