  Everything was perfect! i had a free upgrade to one of the best rooms in the house with a spectacular breathtaking view of the mountains from my balcony, the weather was perfect, the facilities were excellent - the Spa Wellness centre was heaven! the food was superb, it was the most perfect relaxing break I have ever had! this is the best hotel I h... hva folk sier » ave ever stayed in! superb weekend! - The wellness centre: sauna, steam, cold plunge and relaxation rooms were a perfect way of relaxing before the evening. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful.

  Service of all staff members was superb. Very relaxed, very friendly, and very attentive. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent, with special meals made for the kids. My husband had a massage at the spa which was excellent. Family suite was dated in style but enormous with amazing views, and was ideal for our purpose... hva folk sier » .   Very comfortable with room to move. Kitchen was useful to do some cooking of meals. Very warm and reasonably close to the township of Grindewald. - Great location, close to mountain trains and cable cars. Great location for hiking nearby. Was an apartment with kitchen. Spacious.

  The staff are very friendly, clean and comfortable and also the location is good as it close to train station. Good value for money .. I love the atmosphere ..
