It had an amazing view of the aqueduct and was right across from the bus stop for #11 the one that brings you too and from the train station. Only a 7 minute walk to plaza mayor, and a beautiful shop filled walk at that. Wifi was only available in the lobby, although we could sometimes get it in our first floor room. -

The hotel itself is very nice. Personnel there could hardly speak Englis except one man who was very nice and friendly. The disadvantage of the hotel is its situation. It is situated far from the city. - this hotel was a transit stop for us on our return trip from portugal. it's position close to our main route made it an ideal stopover.

Excellent rooms and hotel. As close as you can get to the Cathedral. Buffet breakfast was great. 3-person suite has direct view of the Cathedral and the 3rd bed has a trundle (actually room to sleep 4). - The staff were very helpful;supplied me with ice for a bruised foot.

The staff speaks Spanish. But they were so friendly and did their very best that we didn't mind at all.The hotel room was basic. A big advantage is the location in the city centre in combination with the private underground parking. Another positive aspect is the low price.

It's very dog-friendly, we stay there twice a year with our dog.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the manager, Oscar, is marvellous.
Eating facilities are suitably varied and the bar works for a quick snack breakfast.
Lerma is a beautiful town, it's castle, church and arched streets in particular.

The response from the staff when I arrived as I had booked the wrong day in error. They were very understanding and made every effort to assist me through yourselves without taking advantage of the situation - We have stayed at this hotel a dozen times it is very good and fairly priced

our first room smelled of tobacco; when we complained they immediately switched us to a better room. The staff was extremely helpful and kind despite not having great language skills. The lobby or lounge was very pleasant to hang out in (and use wifi). -

Stopped here the night before I started the Camino to Santiago. Great overnight stop. Good clean bedroom with very comfortable twin beds, great well equipped bathroom. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Bus station only a ten minute walk away. Reception staff didn't speak English but as I don't speak Spanish that seems fair and they were very hel
