  Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were always friendly and the spa was great especially given that it is included in the price of the room, unlike most hotels. The restaurant is great as well. Todo estaba perfecto. - If you visit Segovia this hotel must be one of the best choice.

  It had an amazing view of the aqueduct and was right across from the bus stop for #11 the one that brings you too and from the train station. Only a 7 minute walk to plaza mayor, and a beautiful shop filled walk at that.   The hotel itself is very nice. Personnel there could hardly speak Englis except one man who was very nice and friendly. The disadvantage of the hotel is its situation. It is situated far from the city. - this hotel was a transit stop for us on our return trip from portugal. it's position close to our main route made it an ideal stopover.

  Absolutely fantastic stay, at one of the best prices in town. Lots of hot water in the shower, spotlessly clean, modern decor. Windows kept out the road noise nicely. - Friendly staff, easy to walk into old city which is definitely worth a visit, modern decor, breakfast was excellent value for money, safe parking under hotel.

  We were there in the off season and virtually had the hotel to ourselves! We felt completely welcome and at home from the moment we arrived until our departure. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, all the staff were attentive and very helpful. Our foods were reflective of the region and skillfully prepared - we enjoyed every bite!   Staff is really nice, always helpful and we felt welcome everywhere and every time, pool area nice, food was excellent, so was breakfast, room was great, bed good, we enjoyed our stay very much - From the beginning till the end was almost perfect. The hotel itself and the location is a big surprise.We loved it.

  We stay in many hotels and A Burgos was a delight - all the more so because we had a dog with us and expected a room that probably had been used by other dog owners and showed it.
