The staff were always friendly and the spa was great especially given that it is included in the price of the room, unlike most hotels. The restaurant is great as well.   It had an amazing view of the aqueduct and was right across from the bus stop for #11 the one that brings you too and from the train station. Only a 7 minute walk to plaza mayor, and a beautiful shop filled walk at that.   The hotel itself is very nice. Personnel there could hardly speak Englis except one man who was very nice and friendly. The disadvantage of the hotel is its situation. It is situated far from the city. - this hotel was a transit stop for us on our return trip from portugal. it's position close to our main route made it an ideal stopover.

  Staff is really nice, always helpful and we felt welcome everywhere and every time, pool area nice, food was excellent, so was breakfast, room was great, bed good, we enjoyed our stay very much - From the beginning till the end was almost perfect.
