Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant. Each block has it's own swimming pool so you can sit and relax in your patio area and be watching them. The cleaniness was second to none. I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and
evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are
awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is
good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with
everything one can need for warming up and working out. We checked out
at 3.

Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.

We had a wonderful week - the staff could not have been more helpful,
everything we asked for appeared immediately E.G. extra pillows,
blankets etc. The pools were well situated and the quiet, adult only
ones were a great idea for us - we could lie in the sun reading
undisturbed, with the occasional dip in the pool to cool down. There
were plenty of loungers offering sun or shade as required. The food was
excellent - plenty of choice and variety at every meal - always fresh
