  Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant. Each block has it's own swimming pool so you can sit and relax in your patio area and be watching them. The cleaniness was second to none.   Great place ! We booked a room with a sea viea and it was perfect. The pools are very nice. Very good value for money. I would certainly recommend it, especially to young parents with small children. - Food was exccellent

  I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with everything one can need for warming up and working out. We checked out at 3.... mitä ihmiset sanovat » 30 in the night because of our flight and they prepeared us two take away picknick baskets for the breakfast, nice service. The location is very nice: - Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.

  A lovely hotel! Food was wonderful with a great buffé with something for everyone! Fresh smoothies, all kinds of fruits and vegetebles, delicious fish and seafood, lovely deserts just to mention some... I could go on and on, the food is defintely wonderful and something for everyone! The hotel is really nice with a lovely spa, gym, pool areas, gre... mitä ihmiset sanovat » at staff (and especially the entertainers who gave us wonderful shows in the evenings, wow so much joy and charisma!! :-) they were also wonderful wit - We had a wonderful week - the staff could not have been more helpful, everything we asked for appeared immediately E.G. extra pillows, blankets etc. The pools were well situated and the quiet, adult only ones were a great idea for us - we could lie in the sun reading undisturbed, with the occasional dip in the pool to cool down. There were plenty of loungers offering sun or shade as required. The food was excellent - plenty of choice and variety at every meal - always fresh fruit and fresh sala
