Excellent place to stay.
1. Great great location-I can't emphasise this more- right next to cathedral n all the impt buses- airport bus stops right in front and straight bus to train station as well. Great food places nearby and can walk everywhere!

We arrived thinking we had booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt. The apts have only 1 bath, so we inquired about getting another apt. Ivonna made a few calls and the manager allowed us to rent another 2 bedroom and reduce the rate on the booked apt (they charge per person in most Spainish properties) so that for 2 apartments (2bed/1bath) the total came to 20 euros less for our stay!!!!

The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet.

Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

The hotel is really well located and very clean. The room was spacious,
design and beautiful. We had a lot of things (hair dry, shampoo, shower
gel, towels...). There is a very good price quality ratio (50 euros for
a night for a really good hotel) Moreover, the hotel's restaurant is
really good and the waiters and chief are real nice. We strongly

The apartment was very spacious, sleek and modern, extremely clean. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived - unfortunately, I broke the bottle and wasn't able to enjoy the wine. The staff was very helpful, location was close to public transportation and a few blocks away was this great restaurant - Meson Andaluz which I highly recommend. It is situated in a beautiful plaza where we could walk everywhere, there were restaurants right outside the front door, and it was a 2-minute walk from the bus-stop with buses to every destination in Granada. It was a dream location. It was very clean, and the staff was helpful.

Central position with good access to public transport. Interesting basement dining area. Nice breakfast. Peaceful atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. A problem with the waste outlet from the wash basin was resolved speedily.
