  We realy appreciated the kindness and the courtesy of Jose and Jose when we arrived. Everything was impeccable. We were very satisfied of our stay at Gran Via 17 - Excellent place to stay. 1. Great great location-I can't emphasise this more- right next to cathedral n all the impt buses- airport bus stops right in front and straight bus to train... ce que les gens disent » station as well. Great food places nearby and can walk everywhere! 2. Very clean, modern and spacious apartment (including a tiny balcony! ) - a suite. Plenty of space for luggage. Kitchennete, coffee maker with capsules and utensils came in really handy. No breakfast provided but that didn't bother us at all a - We arrived thinking we had booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt. The apts have only 1 bath, so we inquired about getting another apt. Ivonna made a few calls and the manager allowed us to rent another 2 bedroom and reduce the rate on the booked apt (they charge per person in most Spainish properties) so that for 2 apartments (2bed/1bath) the total came to 20 euros less for our stay!!!!   The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The location of Hostal Zacatin is perfect. For the price point the room I stayed in was great because it had a clean bathroom inside the room, a/c unit, tv, and the towels were very clean. The communal showers were also kept very clean.   nous avons apprécié que l'hotel réponde à notre demande spécifique que nous avions écrite dans notre mail de réservation, nous désirions une chambre avec vue sur la place et ce fut exaucé , à notre arrivée nous avions cette belle chambre avec vue sur la place ! le jeune homme à l'acceuil était très acceuillant et très sympatique, le petit déjeuner ... ce que les gens disent » très varié et complet. - Superbe vue de l'Ahlambra et bonne situation géographique. Le personnelde l'hotel très serviable. Nous avons un problème de location de voitureet le concierge de l'hotel nous a bien aiguillé, ce qui nous a sauvé unebonne demi journée.

It is walking distance to almost all sightseeing points in the town (Cathedral, Alhambra, Albayzin...) and even the information center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every morning when I get up, I open the window and look the vivid life going on down there in t - The hotel is really well located and very clean. The room was spacious, design and beautiful. We had a lot of things (hair dry, shampoo, shower gel, towels...). There is a very good price quality ratio (50 euros for a night for a really good hotel) Moreover, the hotel's restaurant is really good and the waiters and chief are real nice. We strongly recommend Khu Hotel !

The staff was very helpful, location was close to public transportation and a few blocks away was this great restaurant - Meson Andaluz which I highly recommend.
