We liked everything. From the moment we entered Aparthotel Casablanca we felt at home. The owner was helpful and friendly. The apartment was airy and clean, with a large balcony, a kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, washing machine and loads of hot water. Just wonderful. Included a second room for TV and separate kitchen that included stove, microwave, and full sink. Very comfortable.
I am an English-only traveler. The gentleman who booked me in immediately called on the phone and a very fluent gentleman appeared in less than 4 minutes. Communication went very well.
Underground parking is available at no charge.
One of the easier places to find. Located on a major road that leads directly to Salamanca.

James, the receptionist went out of his way to assist me find a free parking place (he stood in it and kept if for me whilst I moved my car - top marks, this wouldn't happen in a UK city!)

There is a kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator, cooking utensils and a dining-room which are free to use. We really liked staying here. The location could not have been better; it was a few minutes' walk from the Plaza Mayor, right next to Calle Toro (one of the main shopping streets), and in the center of everything. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and very clean. Nice views over the rooftops to the skyline spires. Kitchen could be better equipped - there's a stove top but no microwave or oven for heating food. Bed are comfortable and the wifi is very good. Staff are helpful and pleasant. We had the 2 bed apartment and it was perfect for a group of friends with a very reasonable price.
I also took my Border Collie and again the staff were very helpful with finding local parks etc.
