We liked everything. From the moment we entered Aparthotel Casablanca we felt at home. The owner was helpful and friendly. The apartment was airy and clean, with a large balcony, a kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, washing machine and loads of hot water. Best of all was a very comfortable double bed, a real bonus after a long journey. Secure parking

Just wonderful. Included a second room for TV and separate kitchen that included stove, microwave, and full sink. Very comfortable.
I am an English-only traveler. The gentleman who booked me in immediately called on the phone and a very fluent gentleman appeared in less than 4 minutes. Communication went very well.
Underground parking is available at no charge.
One of the easier places to find. Located on a major road that leads directly to Salamanca.

L'hôtel est à 15 minutes de marche de la vieille ville de Salamanque. À la réception, on nous a très bien accueillis et on nous a donné d'excellents conseils qui nous ont été très utiles. -
Très bon accueil. Chambre confortable et propre. Proximité d'un parking public gratuit. Accès à pied en 15mn des sites à visiter.

James, the receptionist went out of his way to assist me find a free parking place (he stood in it and kept if for me whilst I moved my car - top marks, this wouldn't happen in a UK city!)
The room was as expected for the price and very close to the City.
James was also very helpful re advising on breakfast and he showed me where to go on the free

On the first day, my request was not satisfied, but after I said so in the letsbookhotel.com, the owner soon corresponded to it. In the other points, they keep cleanness of the room and are very kind.

The hostel is really close to the city center, which is ideal for those, whose plan is sight-seeing. The room was perfect. There is a kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator, cooking utensils and a dining-room which are free to use. We really liked staying here. The way of check-in and check-out is the best and easiest I've ever seen. -

The location could not have been better; it was a few minutes' walk from the Plaza Mayor, right next to Calle Toro (one of the main shopping streets), and in the center of everything. The staff was very helpful, and the room was very clean and a great value for the price. The 24-hour reception was very convenient, and overall, it was a perfect place for what I wanted to pay and where I wanted to be.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and very clean. Nice views over the rooftops to the skyline spires. Kitchen could be better equipped - there's a stove top but no microwave or oven for heating food. Bed are comfortable and the wifi is very good. Staff are helpful and pleasant. We had the 2 bed apartment and it was perfect for a group of friends with a very reasonable price.
I also took my Border Collie and again the staff were very helpful with finding local parks etc.
