Colin and his team were lovely and made us feel so welcome. The rooms
were practical, comfortable, modern, and affordable. It was like
staying in a Hotel with the bonus of Table Mountain views from the
bedroom and balcony.

Everything. From the time we checked until we left we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food in the restaurant. The overall hotel premises are well maintained, and we would definitely recommend it.
When Hilton take over in April 2013, we hope that they will continue to keep up the high standards of the present management.

The resort offered multiple options for us. It was almost 1 third
cheaper than a number of boutique hotels that we had stayed in along the
Garden route, and was great value for money. My husband really enjoyed
the lesson he had with the golf pro and dinner at the Waterside
restaurant was fantastic. -

I have stay at this hotel each year for a week for business. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying

I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. What is not to like. The service was so excellent, nothing to big or small for the staff to handle. We went for the Parlotones Concert and was drop off and collected from the venue. Then dinner at Sir Henry White. Food was exceptional as well as the services. Our stay overall was the best ever locally as well as abroad.
