  The general ambience of the hotel. With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests. Our room had an exceptional view and was very well equipped. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we've ever enjoyed. It was for our wedding night and the next morning for breakfast the hotel staff gave us cake and sweets, really nice of them!

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and I loved the view from the verandah. There was a huge amount and variety of spaces to relax in to suit the weather conditions. (I loved the lounges with the fires burning when the weather was cold and the verandah when it was warmer.) - Staff were attentive and friendly, appea... hva folk sier » red to enjoy their job! We did not avail outselves of all the facilities at Ardmore, but drove there to see the weave and pottery. It was not very welcoming.
