  Although we were only there for 1 night, I will never hesitate from booking another stay at your hotel the next time I visit Nelspruit. It is a home away from home. The last time I booked a week-end stay in your hotel I was with my full family and we were going to visit Kruger National Park. At that time, the land where the new mall is was tall grass an - Mercure Hotel Nelspruit is a quite, clean and affordable place, with a magnificent hall and swiming pool. Close to the city, if you have a car, is just 2 minutes to the city center and more 5 to WhiteRiver Mall. I have been there three times with may wife and two kids in a junior suite, using an extra bed, and the hotel is consistent in quality. It is a 3 star hotel, but surely could be 4 star.

  Ralph and his lovely wife Charlene work extremely hard and are very gracious hosts. They both go the 'extra mile' in ensuring that you are comfortable and happy. The rooms were spotless, Charlene is very hands on and works with her staff. They assisted my sister and I by recommending restaurants, game lodges and scenic drives. Their enthusiasm was... hva folk sier » contagious. The garden has magical fairlights strung up in atrategic parts of the guesthouse. The couple are most intuitive and we look forard to o - Mariu Guest House was a pure delight. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful or kinder. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, even escorted us to an excellent restaurant late at night and advised us about our onward journey. The rooms are all one could wish for and the breakfast was also a great pleasure. We know where we will stop off next time we are anywhere near Nelspruit again. Mariu Guest House is tops!   I went through to Nelspruit to do a marathon and I was allowed to depart (book-out) later than normal and I really appreciated it because I could shower and freshen up before leaving. The guest house is clean and comfortable. The pillows are really great! - Spacious, clean rooms & friendly staff.

The grounds are gorgeous with a pool and wonderful views of the surrounding nature reserve.
