He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The personal service was on the same standard I had at the Sheraton Deluxe group where I had my own butler.   I was pleasantly surprised ! Have had a few shocking online bookings before . The apartment was spacious and neat . Lovely view . Even had a turn down service in the evening , which was unexpected for a self catering apartment . Location is good , close to all the popular spots . They gave us a beautiful room and on the 2nd night there was champagne in the room. We also received water and chocolates each night which was a great touch!
