We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

Spaciousness and layout of the room - Although the hotel was old (and currently being renovated) it was clean and comfortable, nothing particularly distressing. Breakfast was good, though it's debatable whether it's worth the R130 you can save if you choose not to have it.

Apartment hotel room was large and fully equipped for extended stays and had an excellent location close to eateries and clubs and added plus a great view of Table Mountain. - Great Location. Amazing Service. Parking a bit expensive, but you can park outside for cheaper. Even overnight!!

This is a brand new hotel - open for just 2 months. Very nice and quiet family run hotel, with an accomodating and friendly staff. Probably the best hotel breakfast I have had, ever (and I travel a lot in business). A quite and nice neigbourhood, but only a 10 min walk to the more busy and noisy centre of Cape Town. Allthough only 14 rooms, they even run their own transport service in the evening.
