  We were allocated a ground floor room which I was not too happy with, after mentioning it to Nobu at reception she went out of her way to arrange another room and get it ready for us.   Very nice and quiet family run hotel, with an accomodating and friendly staff. Probably the best hotel breakfast I have had, ever (and I travel a lot in business). A quite and nice neigbourhood, but only a 10 min walk to the more busy and noisy centre of Cape Town. The breakfast room is a lovely location with comfortable chairs and soothing background music being played, all getting the day off to a great start.
