I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel.

The service is great - Our water was not very hot the first night (probably something i was not doing correctly) and they fixed it while we were out having breakfast. A very pleasant place to stay. We were in the outside cottage - fairly basic but absolutely adequate. Very bright with white everywhere, giving the place an opportunity to display how spotlessly clean everything was. The owner was the larger than life Tim, a real character. Breakfast was great. The location was superb being only a few minutes drive to Thesen island waterfront or just take a stroll around leisure island. It was idyllic. Tim even had my car washed. A gem in the Eastern Cape, truly the best Lodge we stayed during our trip of South Africa. Villa Paradisa is extremely well appointed and has stunning views. The Management are fantastic and go out of their way to cater to your needs. I would recomend this Guest House to anybody stopping in Knysna, it will make your visit to the city much more special.
