The location is surprisingly rural, lots of open space around the hotel, and yet only a 10 minute ride to the airport. The gardens and landscaping of the hotel are beautiful and attract many native birds, great for the avid birdwatcher. The food was excellent.

We would recommend staying here after a flight or before a flight or even when visiting Jo'bur - Extremely welcoming and well organised. We had a late arrival and left very early. Pam organised a car to pick us at the airport and to bring us back there on the following day. The room was nice, very clean. Excellent way to spend the night when you have a connection at the OR Tambo airport. Far better than the hotels on the airport premises. Very friendly staff. We were pleased overall, thanks Pam.

Like other reviewers have said - it really was like staying with friends. This is great because you really get a good variety, and there was enough complimentary toilitries, (wh - I booked my family for three days 3 nights ahead of my arrival and spent th 4th & last night before we proceeded back home.Place was beyond my expectactions.
