  The staff were very friendly from the first greeting with the receptionist even to the chef. The whole complex had a rustic charm with heavy wood furniture and beautiful carved ostrich egg lights. Accommodation to suit all - from large rooms to sleep four to tents with toilet and shower faciliti - The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It it a nice and quiet place where anyone who needs to relax can go. The food is amazingly well prepared. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and help if we needed help. I will stay with you again.

Just a good old fashioned hotel devoid the indifference one finds in chain hotels and pretentious B&Bs. This lodge is really good value for money and if you take the option with breakfast and dinner it is lovely not having to cook. It also had the benefit of a huge private sun terrace overlooking the sabie road hills.
