I very much enjoyed the professionalism of staff, the nothing is too much trouble attitude was found from check in through the whole experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. I quite liked the chambermaid checking in the evening to turn the beddings, drop off a box chocolate and ask if you have additional needs such as additional bottles of water.
Put simply, a hotel in a class of its own.

The DaVinci is rated as a 5-star, and mostly lives up to that rating.
The staff (especially), rooms, and amenities are excellent. Proximity to
the Sandton Center Mall is a real plus. The food, while very good, is

The fact that you were not just a number. Especially as a lady traveling on my own they made sure I was looked after and very friendly and helpful. Would defnitely recommend the room with a balcony looking over the pool area.
