Hedge House was great beyond our expectations. Jan and her family and
staff (who are more like family) are all just wonderful- very helpful,
friendly, welcoming. The breakfasts were full, cooked to order, and
absolutely lovely and delicious- and different every day. The grounds
are green and gorgeous, looking up at Table Mountain in all it's

My stay at Hedge House was brilliant. I was there for almost a week for a conference and to visit Cape Town.
Judy was incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning of the booking process. She arrange my pick up from the airport and set me up since my arrival in the morning of the first day.
The room was brilliant, on a corner with great views, lots of space and a huge bathroom with shower and bath.
The stay the entire week was fabulous. Judy was really helpful all the time.

Everything was superb from the crisp white linen, scrumptious breakfasts, service was excellent and the staff were always willing to assist with restaurant choices etc.
Will definately recommend Wild Olive and the location could not have been better so close to Newlands Stadium, Cavendish Square and close to Constantia wine farms. -

Our hosts arranged that a requested wheelchair would be available from the time of our arrival from the airport. This made a big difference in our whole family being able to tour the Capetown area. It was my husband's 30th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. I have stay at this hotel each year for a week for business. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying

Everything. From the time we checked until we left we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food in the restaurant. The overall hotel premises are well maintained, and we would definitely recommend it.
When Hilton take over in April 2013, we hope that they will continue to keep up the high standards of the present management.
